Demo flow (PRD §47)

  1. 1
    Customer

    Open the customer app (or scan the Customer QR), Get Started, register, pick a plan, then Schedule Delivery or Order Now.

    Admin

    Open the dashboard: the new order appears in the amber banner and today's table. Open it and Assign Driver → Omar.

  3. 3
    Driver

    Open the driver app as Omar (or scan the Driver QR): the order is in the manifest. Navigate → On the Way, then Delivered.

  4. 4
    Everyone

    Within ~3 s the customer's home and the admin's table both show Delivered. Try Mark Failed or Flag Problem for the red banner.

The real Customer and Driver QR codes (and a printable poster) live in the admin.

Reset the demo

Admin → Settings → Reset Demo Data wipes orders and test customers and reseeds relative to today (Fridays closed, today's Evening fully booked).

Prototype notes

  • OTP, PIN and payment are simulated; no SMS is sent.
  • Navigate opens Google Maps; there is no live tracking.
  • Screens refresh every 3 seconds; no push notifications.
